Antivirus Software

LuckyPopsWed Jan 06, 2016 3:27 am

I just installed new SSD. Was about to buy another year of Norton antivirus, but decided it may be time for another software. Read some good reviews on Bitdefender. What are others using and do you have any recommendations? Thank you.

I generally switch between Nod32 and Kaspersky depending on sales.  I am happy with both.

I've deployed Vipre at work, we had ESET before (both good products); at home I'm using AVIRA - I used to use AVG but have moved away from them due to changes in policy and the likes

I just use the one Microsoft provides free. Had way better luck and less slow downs than with McAfee or Norton as when I used those products...no viruses at all

Microsoft essentials is the best choice, team it up with malwarebytes for the home user...
