Ever since EG was released, I've noticed a lot more spawn camping, especially on CTF.  This drives me insane, and I don't know if we have any rules on this.
If we do have a rule on it, can we add it to badkon please?  I have been getting very aggravated by players who hide behind the spawn area and pick them off once they spawn.

We have no rule against spawn camping. In CTF its hard not to kill people in the spawn as the flag you need to take is in the other teams spawn point. In the other game modes with random spawns it often happens that someone spawns in front of you. At that point its kill or be killed. Its just part of the game.
