This could possibly just be one of my "bored at work" ideas...

Since the Blue Angels and Thunderbirds are grounded this summer due to sequestration, means some rather more boring air shows. So...

I thought about those with bf3 could schedule an air show in game. Like pick a day, set up boot camp server, and let people do some cool stunts with others on the ground watching. Sounds corny I know.. but, practicing silly aerobatics can make you a much better pilot in game. You could even have people practice tricks together, sorta like THunderbirds etc do. Razors edge, diamond formation what have you. If there was a way we could even set up a Ustream or twitch whatever and have someone livestream it on the website so you don't have to be in the server to see it.

They use to have an air show at my local airport 25 years ago but they stopped it because they said it was not cost effective. It's too bad becuse I'm sure my daughter would enjoy it.
