It's not ad. THough they've been selling it for 5 bucks (through Origin) once every few weeks, and teh Premium pack (all expansions) for 15.
That price is just for the SP campaign and the original maps. There are a total of 5 expansion packs, and our servers run maps from all. The regular price for Premium is $30.
THough if you search for BF3 coupon, Battlefield 3 Coupon, BF3 redeem code, etc. you may be able to find one for yourself.

Dusty, I would hold off on getting this if you can. BF3 routinely gets put on sale for ? $5 and the Premium version (Basegame and all expansions) for <$20. And with BF4 coming out soon, I predict that BF3 will continue to decline in price and go on sale more often.
Keep your eye on Slickdeals.net and Techbargains.com. And if I see it go on sale anywhere, I'll let you know ASAP.
