I've notice some folks having to reinstall TS3 for various reasons, and thought I'd share what I know about getting your new TS install back to what you had before.

Export your TS3 Identity by going to Setting - Identities, and click Export at top-right. This is also where you Import it later on.

Bookmarks, Hotkeys, and Contacts are all contained in C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\TS3Client\settings.db

Security settings are in the C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\TS3Client\ts3clientui_qt.secrets.conf  (this contains saved passwords and higher TS3 privileges).

If you wish to reinstall because of some unresolved issue, be sure to delete C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\TS3Client\ . This folder is left over after an uninstall, and those remaining files are often the cause of many issues.

The overlay that I prefer can be grabbed from here:   http://www.mediafire.com/download/75yjh6iid7kt022/ts3_overlay-v3.7.23.ts3_plugin

Update: you can find previous TS3 versions here: http://ftp.4players.de/pub/hosted/ts3/releases/
