I've noticed that some folks using IE (shame on you 
) receive a .zip file instead of the TS3 Install Package-friendly .ts3_plugin format. Right-click and 'Save As', or use a worth-while browser. If you get an error wheil installing, it usually means that a Overlay-related .dll is still injected into a system file (in my case, it was my a firewall file). If this happens, restart your PC and run the Overlay installer package before starting TS.
