Radio stations over here are reporting an impending Extreme Weather event in the US, around NY I think they said.

Prayers from me and mine for you and yours that everyone stays safe and sound.

Cheers.

Wasn't too bad here in NYC (MAYBE 6 inches out there) - but almost everything is closed or shut down as of this morning. Transit, roads, and bridges just opening up. I was out and about at 7AM and it's lovely and quiet on the streets. I still have to work, though…

The dogs all looked pretty darn happy, though.

Philadelphia forecasters really messed up this storm, predicted 12-18 inches and I woke up to find only 1 inch. Only profession I know where you're correct 50% of the time, still get paid and don't lose your job! LOL

As one of my fellow members on another message board who is from Alberta said: We call that amount of snow Wednesday. Laughing

Now that is brilliant, if only all states would do that especialy in GA when the world came to a close for a few inches and ice lol. Me on the other hand would love it spent pleanty of hours shoveling and snow blowing in the northern mountains of Cali. Do have to say 360's in the snow is fun (of coarse in a safe manner) Wink
