Thinking about a new build

Hey all,
Since some members recently have been discussing about building new rigs I have been inspired to maybe go down the same route.
This would be my first attempt so I would really appreciate your comments/proposals on the basic spec here below. Does it fit? Is it sufficient? Is it harmonized?

Cabinet:
- BitFenix Shinobi XL
(3 fans included)

Motherboard:
- ASUS X99 A

GPU:
- MSI GeForce GTX 980 4GB Reference

PCU:
- Intel i7 5820K 3,3 GHz 15MB

RAM:
- Crucial 32GB (4x8GB) DDR4 2400MHz, Ballistix Sport

SSD:
- Crucial BX100, 500GB (SATA)

PSU:
- EVGA Supernova G2 850W, 80+ Gold, Modular

CPU cooler:
- Cooler Master Hyper 612 version 2

WiFi card:
- ASUS PCE-AC68 Dual-band AC1900
(this is just if I need to relocate the PC where I can't use cable connection to the router/fibre broadband)

I was thinking about reusing my HDD and the CD/DVD reader/burner, so not included above.
So, anything that I should change? Anything missing?
Maybe something is "overkill" in relation to usage or the other components?
DDR4 maybe not necessary. DDR3 is enough?

Again, grateful for your input and your expert opinion.

if you can go with a samsung 850 pro ssd, also 32 gig of ram is pointless, no games are designed to use that much 16gig is alot more than enough, also consider getting a usb wifi dongle, it means 2 things first you can purchase it when you need (aka if you do move your system) and second unlike a card if its not getting used its easier to disconnect and isn't drawing power.

the only other concern is will the cpu cooler fit in the case (it catches alot of people out)

Thank you for your advise, Mr-T.
I will swap 16GB of the RAM for the Samsung SSD 850 Pro 500GB.
Will also check the dimensions of the CPU cooler.
I think I will hold off on the WIFI card / USB dongle for now. Can be obtained later according to situation.

Yes Shooter - I do, of course, listen to Mr-T.

Will keep you updated on progress but it will probably be like a Christmas project. So, will take a while...

I would go with two 240 evo's in raid 0. Going this route will be much faster and use your ssd speed to the fullest plus it will be cheaper. Then use your hhd for a backup drive. Also take the money you save on ram and get the 980 ti, its a much better card if your going to do a 1 card build.

Johnny, thank's very much for your comments.
I will think about 2 x SSD in raid 0.
I will also consult my bank account concerning stepping up to GTX 980Ti.
I know this is a much better GPU but it's also + $150 - 200.
There seem to be no limit how much goodies you can put into your PC chassis....

Anyways, thank's again, and I'm sure I'll be back to seek advise....
