Origin Qlitch after Last Update

As some may know I experienced a qlitch with Battlelog after the last origin update. Although all my weapons perks etc is accessible in game, my customize soldier screen in battlelog has set back to the beginning as if I am starting all over again. None of the weapons I have bought or unlocked are available and any money I have accumulated is gone. On any of the other pages such as assignments or weapons I still have all my stuff. I can also customize or change stuff in game though that is obviously an inconvenience. So technically I have lost nothing other than the ability to change stuff in battelog.

I have worked with EA over the past several days trying to fix the issue. They had a work around that has worked with some people but not for me. So if anyone is experiencing the same issue I wanted to pass along what I have learned.

EA is aware of the issue and is working on a fix but for now there is no obvious fix unless the work around works for you.

It doesn't take anything away from what you have earned. It just messes up the customize soldier screen in Battlelog. Think it has something to do with the new "origin" talking with the server so it updates in Battlelog. You just loose the ability to customize your soldier while your not in game.

Same here.  If you have the phone app all your stuff is there, so if you are trying to change loadouts or unlock a weapon, it can be done via the phone app.

Yes there is a "fix" coming and "they" are working on it. So who knows when it will get fixed.
