Only if the offer rentable servers the topic never came up in any of the reveal or vids I have seen.
jackfrags asked the devs and they said they cannot comment on any of that yet, but with ammount of processing for all the stuff they claiming will be server side i think it will have to be dedicated servers. the rentable bit is still questionable but my guess would be the rent a server program again

Really enjoyed BF1 on console. The graphics were incredible. Never played it on PC. Did we have a server for it? I know my PC wouldn’t be able to run the game regardless. If we did have server was it populated? Plans on the next BF? I watched the trailer but it just seemed a little helter skellter to me.
