But it is a hopeful due to Finances visa, saving for the wedding, and all the other stuff we are going to have to get her when she is in the US (US Vehicle, drivers licenses, etc.)

Looks good! I would add a few case fans for better ventilation. Depending if you exhaust through your liquid block or pull air through it, still good to have a few extra fans to help move air either direction.
