I spotted this on Razer's Facebook page.  I'm not sure that I like it, due to the screen borders, but it's still cool.

The black lines kill me with this. I would rather have one large one and a second showing TS and other info.

I run 3x 24" screens with a single 22" above, and I barely notice the bezels anymore, since the GPU drivers compensate for their spacing it's like looking through a window.  Though there are many guides about stripping those bezels. Can't be said for running them in portrait mode like above, but when you run more than one in landscape, you're not losing anything in horizontal FOV, so it's nothing less than a gain in you gaming picture.

Multi-screen gaming is amazing, and I'll never go back. playing on single screen is like playing with blinders on, and I don't give a game a second thought if it doesn't have native multi-mon support, or if there is no community fix for it.

Plus with 5, one can still add a sixth for TS, etc..

To answer you question, you can never have enough screens. I'd run 5 over 1 if I could afford it. Or buy 3 (or 5)  projectors, like these guys:

I wish I was allowed to take pictures of my lab at work.  I have 4 benches, each bench has 12 displays on it.  Ranging from 24-30 inch displays.  But Im happy with my home setup.  24" center display with two 20" displays, one on each side.

I think multiple screens would be nice, and my card supports it, but I have a good time on my single monitor.
Maybe in the future. Smile

It's actually pretty easy, Regina. I'm always for pushing folks to multi-monitor, so if anyone wants more info or support for it, check out th Widescreen Gaming forums at WSGF.org.  I found it after getting my first widescreen monitor and finding that so many games had improper widescreen support (this was 6 years ago). THeir FAQs and forums have all teh info one could ever need.

The borders are a little distracting at first but in no time they melt away and you don't even notice them. I run 3 28" monitors and absolutely love it. I was pondering getting 3 more and setting up in portrait like the picture above.

I wish I have 4, three for game play and one for other.  It would be a tough sell for the misses.

Having multiple displays is rather easy to do.  The things you have to watch out for is some cards will only light up two displays even though they have more then two ports.  Both AMD's and NVIDIA's new Gen cards will support more then two displays because of dual onboard GPUs, but their new cards are kind of expensive.  Im running a Raideon HD 7970 that has 4 outputs that can light up 4 displays, but I only need 3.  As for the bezels(black lines) both AMD and NVIDIA have bezel correction.  It helps alot.
