Found this on the Nvidia site.
The have optimal graphics settings for each individual games for specific graphics cards.
They start at 9800GT and got to the current models.

Includes Black Ops, Bad Company 2, and many others

Thanks Moose... My beloved EVGA GeForce GTS 8800 of 5+ years up and died on me this last Friday (RiP)...
So I'm with two new girls now,..the GTX 560Ti running SLI mode... I needed to optimize some settings, this will help.
