Hey fellow BK guys, I have been recently annoyed by my roommates complaining that my sound is too loud and that they can hear it outside when I walk out and I can't hear it.  My point that I am trying to get to is I have to sell my PC gaming speakers and resort to just using a headset.

I am selling my 5.1 full surround sound system with a sound card that I will not be using.

Total power is 560w RMS
5 speakers and 1 subwoofer
3.5" speakers and 8" 250w sub
Wired remote control for adjusting volume, bass, surround and enabling full surround.
This system is awesome for gaming...I have been using it for BF3 and it rattles my windows even when TED lands a nade next to me!

Weighs around 40lbs
Speakers can be wall mounted via two screw's for each speaker
There is two switches on the back of the sub box for enabling 2.1,4.1 and 5.1 sound, the other switch is to turn the system on/off. (power button on remote as well but won't work if the main power is off)

The only thing wrong is the center speaker stand broke when I got it in the mail and the fabric cover is missing but everything else works great!

Sound card is the Creative X-Fi Titanium PCI-E x1 - 7.1 capable with input/output fiber optic audio support (SPDIF)

I am selling both units for $160.00 USD

Speakers cost me $320 and the sound card was $100 so your getting a deal.
As I am selling for $160 I am already losing $$$ so I can't go lower!

What speaker system is it, exactly?  I already 5.1 speakers and headphones, I'm more interested in the card...

PS - for a headset, I'm quite happy with the Roccat Kave 5.1's i bought recently.

Hey have I got a deal for You!  I will trade my Triton Ax 5.1 pro's for the sound card. My pro's are 6months old. Is the card a fatality?

The card is just a Creative X-Fi Titanium PCI-E x1...cost me $100 and the 5.1 is the Logitech Z5300

I have an older set of speakers then you do, but thats the setup I have and I love it.  

Feels like you are in the action, sadly my wife doesnt enjoy having the house shake when explosions go off.

Ya I am looking into buying a new home theater system when I get the cash.  Going with Klipch brand which is really good quaility, a pair of bookshelf speakers run $199 for the pair.

Then I'll have to suggest there idea of putting an HTPC together using your current rig. PC + XBMC + receiver + good speakers = awesome. I run my ld quad core Intel rig along with a Yamaha reciever and 5.1+2 Polk speakers on my 55" TV. It's a lovely setup that I'm quite happy with. All started with updating my PC and figuring out what to do with my older hardware.

You could do that but you would have to convert the 3.5mm cables to coaxial to work.  I have a cable that will allow you to use an iPod in 5.1 but to use a receiver you would have to have three coaxial to 3.5mm adapters!
