I tried to put everything in you wanted and in the end it still seems a bit busy to me. I couldn't really find any nice render of a gear'd up green beret soldier like you wanted, hopefully this works. If you want anything changed let me know.

Nah I didn't get the pm, but I will try to make the changes for ya. I'm not sure how the face will look after I add some camo to it but ill try and see what happends.

Ok I made the text brighter and saved a version with out the camo and with take your pick. Let me know if you still need changes.
