Hello admins. got kicked the other day...not sure why.

Disconnect tells me of Healing Hack. Not sure what that means....i dont hack.  Just wanna get back to playing on one of the funnest servers on BF3. i Do get the occasional warning for crouch but they are usually mistaken for running from nades and fire when lots of people are on. Anyway...

We do not show any bans for you so it must be a punkbuster issue. Besure your punkbuster is updated. Sometimes you have to do it manually.

If we don't show you as banned then this is likely an issue with punkbuster. You may need to issue a support ticket on the evenbalance.com site

opened a ticket with Even Balance tech support. Their response...

This is a local ban from that server. You need to contact the server admin to find out why you have been banned, and if that admin's server is part of a master ban list, who runs it.

What is the exact name you were playing under.

If you are on our bann list submit a ticket through the contact us link on the home page. of you have not already done so

I have already submitted a ticket through contact us but was told it was a punkbuster issue and to go through Even Balance. The results from my ticket are listed above.
