Just go to your Origin in my games you will be able to download it.

According to Origin the beta will go live at 2am EST October 1st.

I DL'ed it last night.  Took me 15 minutes with my DSL connection.  Way faster than I thought it was going to be.

I had to exit Origin and restart Origin in order to get the ability to download it.  Just thought I'd throw that out there in case anyone else can't see the option to download it.
