Hello my friends. I am in need of some help.

All of a sudden COD Black Ops is unplayable.

4 FPS and if I look up toward the sky in game it jumps to 100 FPS.

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1
AMD Athlon™ II X4 630 Processor (4 CPUs), ~2.8GHz
8192MB RAM
DirectX 11
ATI HD 7770
Display Memory: 4042 MB

I have tried all fixes out there including config files, black ops utility program, you name it...

You guys are the best when it comes to diagnosing issues.

Note all my other games including Hitman Absoloution, Far Cry 3, COD4, W@W, BF3 just to name a few can be played fine with no issues.

Wacky. All i could think of is to use the Verify Files Integrity thing in Steam, and to delete your config_mp.cfg and set it all up again.
