I would also run chkdsk/f/r to rule out any bad clusters on your HDD..

also test your internet speed.. to rule out your ISP...These are a few we use in the states, but the first one I think is global..

Since the second power line seemed to temporarily resolve your issue, try a different set. Being 1250 watts, I'm bettng it has at least 2 other sets of GPU 6/8-pin lines. Perhaps one that you're using is fudged. Of course, also re-seat the card, try a different driver set, and make sure all your temperatures are good.

All temps are good. I replaced the 6/8-pin lines, re-set the card many of times, and used older drivers to check it all out. Now here's the issue. When I was overlooking my video card, I saw that it was not put together well at all. Meaning the the four screws that holds the card together were not entirely screwed down. And I was only able to screw down the two out of the four. So with that said, I'm going to RMA the card. If those screws were so apparent, who knows what else was not placed together inside the card it's self.

Any screws on the PCB of the card should have little springs under them to prevent the screws being too tight,and cracking the board. Loose screws are not desired, but ones that can be tightened further are to be expected. Consistency is what we want here, but it sounds like you do not have it. Lame.
