Anyone else find it hard to tell the difference between friend and foe in this game or is it my bad eyes

Well i played it a few times now.. and i still get kicked for team kills, every time i play, i can't even tell if it's a kill or not.
I don't know if ill ever get used to it. I have not played it for many weeks.
Also it is too quick for me, if there was a crouch server, i would try again.
