Go to the leader boards, and there is a tiny little phantom skull in the bottom left corner of the page. Click on it, and you will get a bunch of test. When it asks for the passcode you type it in and hit enter. Boom! Unlocked.

Just know you have to unlock Phantom Prospect and Phantom Trainee first...and that is done the same way.

You do NOT have to complete any of the assignments to unlock the next one, just the code being entered will do that.
