Also if anybody is looking to add custom music to your game like I was the folder is located at \Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V\User Music

Either drag and drop or like in my case create symlinks to the music elsewhere then go to your audio settings in game and run a scan.  Then you can select a personal music station in your cars.
