Sorry you have that card, LoL. Those cards are known to have memory leakage. Move up to the 980 and problem gone or check the drivers.

thanks Johnny tried the bio's didn't know the cards had problems although it does say im out of memory lol

I got it on jan 29 from newegg will try to send it back & replace it with 980 if they will even let me upgrade to it card is msi970
