I need help guys and gals.
When I go to our website it will not completely load. If it does load it will fail to open when I click "log-in". There is no message at bottom of screen saying transfering or loading.
When I click the refresh button on Firefox I get "connection to server reset while loading".
i have tried malware, settings in Firefox and multiple google searches with no help.
Our website is the only site I ahve an issue with.

what version of firefox are you using (if not 41.0.1 update to latest version, to find out which version you are using go to help the about firefox it says in there.), also if you press f12 it will bring up the developers panel and the select console and any errors will show there (you may need to refresh the page)

I followed your instructions and the above is what I found. Unfortunetly I have no idea what it all means or how to fix.

I use firefox and have no problems it sounds like you have corrupt temporary files or an addon is messing with you. Try deleting your history press Ctrl Shift Delete at the same time and when the box pops up click the dropdown menu to select everything. Then close firefox and visit the site again.

Now it's hit or miss with no pattern. I thought it was fixed since I opened our home page but when I clicked "login" up popped the server reset screen again, I went to another website clicked the back button and there was the forums page!
I'm lost, I'll find a way to deal with it.
Thanks arch, I did what you said and we'll see.

mr T, so why can't I change the website theme? I select a different theme from the drop down but the save button is not highlighted, I click on it but will not change the theme. I have a gut feeling the 2 problems are related.

Only thing I can think of is that it still loading from cache so try pressing ctrl+f5 a couple of time for a clean load of the site. I will also have a look tonight when I get home. btw the way two of the themes are the same theme, the only difference is one uses newer features to improve in load times and data transfer. The one called pro is very different and in my opinion the better although still not 100% complete

hey firecrackr
the default theme is the mrT theme, i've cleaned the server side cache so try it again if its not fixed the only thing that i can find is that a plugin is causing it or you need to re-install firefox.

Great minds think a like mrT. I deleted Firefox from both C drive and E drive, been using ie11 all day and no problems. I'll use i.e. For day or two and reinstall Firefox, will keep you updated.

Fixed! Had to delete Firefox AND my profile, something in the profile must have been corrupted.
