Sorry to hear about your loss!!!!

I used to ride until last summer but sold my motorcycle after a few close calls. Riding a bike can be so much fun, but I lost that joy when I noticed that more and more people are on their phones  text messaging.

Sorry to hear about this Karma .  Sadly riding a bike involves more than just controlling your machine , but requires trying to anticipate all the drivers around you and what unsafe move they may make at any time. The deck is stacked
against the bike rider almost at any given time.

But the lure of riding still draws many of us back into the sport in spite of the inherent dangers .  I took 12 years off from owning and riding mine - I've had my share of lay- downs and drops and many near misses but the love of riding
pulled me back into the game, even at 75 years of age.

I'm sure your friend had the same feelings about his bike that most of us do - we just need to try and keep ourselves out of harms way as best we can . Accidents will always be something any of us may face someday , whether we
ride motorcycles , fly aircraft , drive over the highways as a normal routine or whatever .

Prayers for his family and friends !
