Hello,

I left a ticket on the 17th and no response yet.  Do you guys look at these, or is this issue currently being looked at--what's up?  Thanks.

I do not play black ops myself but I would look at the server rules to see if you where following all of them. I like to think that my fellow BK family is very fair and honorable, and would not place a ban unless it was warranted or possibly a mistake in names if there was another whose name was similar to yours on that day.
