OK, try this.
Remove all power cables from all your CD's & HDD's and try that. i had a half dead HDD that was giving errors. if not then:

I am assuming you're cat burglar costume is in the wash, and you can't find that shinny black Gimp outfit to do a robbery for some PC parts!.
Now you may need a nice muffin or something shinny to distract a friend long enough to flog  borrow their video card, try it in your pc.
If still no go then,( burglar costume is now in the dryer & still can't find the Gimp outfit in the dungeon ) go back and grab their ram too (you may need another muffin or something else shinny).
Try the ram in yours.. if still no banana, then it's the motherboard or cpu or both.

Tip make sure you destat (touch the case) yourself before, during and after you do any work inside the case.

Or you can pluck a cat and shave a dog.

So the move went well and things are starting to get back to normal and its now time to put some focus on the computer.

Checked out the beep codes and it turns put it is a graphics card error.
Not really sure if it is dead or if there is just a tweek that needs to happen but I have a gigabyte 78lmt usb3 mb and a gtx 660 graphics card.

How can I tell if it is dead?

Go in Bios and see which has priority vid card or on board graphics.
Select on board graphics and move you vid cable to on board connectors
If loads using on board graphics then the vid card is bad

Hooked up the monitor to the mb graphics output and I'm still getting the same problem. A black screen with the same beep code. Took the card out before I did that so it wouldn't interfere with the test.

Gotta say its a nice learning experience for me.

The beep code says graphics error. Psu has a different code.
How do i check for 100% without doubt accuracy as to what the problem is?
I'm not tech savvy so my hand needs to be held on this one.

I can afford a new component but what I can't afford is to buy one and install it and still have the same problem. Then I'm S.O.L!

Thank you so far for the help that has been given. It has already led me in directions i would never have thought of! BK is GRRrrreat!
