was playing on the server yesterday hopped out to fix my shotty class up a bit , was gone 2 mins hopped back in server and my entire rank and prestige as well as profile was reset back to  rank 1 no prestige, i heard it has a way of fixing itself but from the looks of it i dont think it's gonna fix itself, how do i go about getting my rank and prestige back i heard mention of something with twitter but i dont use twitter is this the only method?

Twitter is a quick, free download and as far as i know, the only way to contact the gentleman with the cure for your problem.Here is his twitter feed:

Yeah it's a real pain some people's comes back others not I'd love to see the fix for future as it seems to happen regularly if not often

well i sent a messge to @pcdev but i sent one to @pcdev_assist just now since i have heard anything from pcdev, not sure how long these take but going on 5-6 days now should have heard something.
