Ok so remember I said something happened on watch. I was on the midnight watch and around 2am I heard a clikcing noise in the shower and went in to investigate. The guys from the city where playing dice. Craps or some such. I told them to knock it off or I would report them. So now I have the city slickers out to get me and the drill instructor.
We went to get our shots and the kid from appalchia tried to pull awayso the corpman who was already yelling at us like crazy buried that needle to the hilt in his bum cheek. The kid from appalachia passed out and when his enormous head hit the floor it cracked the tile. I just shut up and got my own needle buried to the hilt. Bootcamp it's what's for breakfast.
The kid from appalchia is having problems with his bunk at night. He tries to hide the spots but you can smell it. I don't know how long he can hide it from the DI.
The majority of our time is spent shining the Bk logo tiles. Gets frustrtaing. It isn't gonna get any shinier.
We got our uniforms. They don't fit. Been trading around back at the barracks. I at least now have my canckles covered. I love the big red plumed ostrich feather helmets but think they may be awkward in combat. They say they will cut down on friendly fire. I think this may not have been thought out all the way. But I'm no veteran!!
Anyhoot will write when I can. We have tear gas training and this is my rifle this is my gun training. I can't wait. Think the kid from appalchia is begining to crack.
Give my love to Sally Mae tell her I will be true to her and please put the new cow bell I sent on her.
