Hello BK! Update on my ban stats EA just started their investigation on me for cheating in game. Still waiting for a answer if I can come back and play multiplayer. I guess if you have a 0.51 kd you are on EAs radar lol. I keep you all posted. Have fun

Pinner hang in there they will work it out. Sometimes internet packets get lost or corrupted, or big lag spikes get interpreted by the anti-cheat program as a cheat or a stat that is to good. Result ban. I Only say this because I have had large lag spikes that my anti-virus program popup said detecting a virus but run the scan and finds nothing. Farefight is not a very good anti-cheat

I had this happen to me before too it got rectified yours will too Wink

Just keep contacting them to check on status and complain it works

Just received another update, they are standing behind what they accuse me of doing. So I guess I will not be on playing bf5. I just emailed them back asking for exact details of how I cheated. I also said if I can't play with my clan I want a full refund. I will wait and see. All I know is that what ever comes of this I will not purchase an other ea game and will not play on origin again. Thanks BK you guys are the Best.

That is ridicules Pinner. Keep on them, ask to speak with a supervisor. Demand an explanation of the cheat. Don't give up.
BTW: If all you are getting is .51 K-D, you need to buy better cheats :).

Just opened the game and EA took all my stats away. I am done with EA and origin, possibly gaming in general. If companies can do this steel money from people complete garbage! Thank BK for everything. See you guys around sometime.

This is frustrating reading this Pinner. I can't imagine going through it. I think I'd be ready to walk away too. I hope you stick with it and see it through. Hopefully, a real person at EA will finally get your case and apply some common sense to resolve it.

Pinner I feel for you , and I agree with the group , keep up with this . Demand to see the footage of your "cheats" . Demand to speak to a supervisor . Don't let this go , if they won't give us private rent-able servers , they need to be accountable foe their actions , ie ... stats elimination , temp and permanent play bans etc . You spent alot of money to play , and they need to show reasons . DON'T LET THIS GO ! Stay strong . Try to phone call them , if you still can , live people can be more reasonable .

I agree with a bit more persistence, Rybay - what an offer! And we can always go to BF1 or BF5 or whatever eh? BTW - a little sorry my Caps took your guys to the carpet last night - but a nice wild finish - goalie out goal for you - I think you just ran out of time.
