So apparently IW lowered the base XP rate from 900, which when doubled would give you 1800, to the base XP being 400, which would give you 900. The normal base XP.

I don't know if it was intentional or not but I noticed it myself the first day. I just thought it wasn't working like it was supposed to work. Wouldn't be the first time their game didn't work the way it is supposed to work. I did report it as a bug. Seems to be working correctly tonight though.

Just for the record.. I don' t think IW is "cheating."  Rather, IF it's true than it's a code issue.
