Sure does, but I would almost rather deal with that than the complete incompetency of the Qwest DSL Tech Support team.  9 times out of 10 I get the feeling the tech support people have IQ's hovering around the low 60's.  Though on that one time when I DO get somebody who actually knows what they are talking about, I always take the time to tell them how great they've been.

lol, Immolation I decided to get 2 copies since I have so many grandchildren here. The other one I ordered from Amazon so I'll get a beta to hone my skills on.
Ya, Dell is almost as bad with their pre-configured saying that they hand everybody. Some people blame large American companies when they hire from cheap foreign sources. I'm happy for them that they can make a decent living but, come on, consider the quality or lack of in their customer service.

this is why people need to learn to stay away from dell altogether... they make cruddy and expensive prebuilt computers... *shudder* lol

I preordered mine at GameStop and they said they knew nothing about any Beta for the PC.  I figured I wouldn't worry about it until the Beta actually got here, what the guy said that he was confused about, was that there was listed:  The regular game at its regular release date, and a limited edition for the same price, but released 2 weeks earlier.  Know anything about that?
