hey everyone I could do with some help sorting my pc out cos I have had it about 6 months and have swapped the mobo once already and things still aren't right so basically the problem is that I keep getting the blue screen of death and once I get it I have to completely power down my pc for a minute or two before I can get a reboot to work.
if any one has any suggestions i would love to hear them.

System Specs:
Samsung SH-S203DBEBN 20x DVD±RW SATA Dual Layer ReWriter (Black)
Gigabyte GA-MA770-DS3 AMD 770 (Socket AM2) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard
Coolermaster RC-1000 Cosmos Silent Full Tower
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 6000+ 3.00GHz (Socket AM2)
BFG GeForce 8800 GTX OC 768MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI (PCI-Express)
Coolermaster Real Power 700w Modular Power Supply
Western Digital Caviar SE16 400GB SATA-II 16MB Cache
2x Crucial Ballistix Tracer 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 PC2-8500C5 1066MHz Dual Channel Kit

and I have 5 x 120mm fans, fan modular for ram  (3 x 60mm fans) and a Zalman CNPS9700-NT nVidia Tritium Super Aero Flower Cooler

and I don't really have time to sit around and mess with taking bits out and putting them back in unless necessary

If you have to wait a couple of minutes before you can reboot, that tells me that it is a overheating problem.  Did you install the cooling fan for the processor yourself?  I have heard of instances where if too much thermal paste was added, the heat sink is not able to cool the chip because the heat cannot escape properly.  Most processors have a built in failsafe that will power them down before they burn up.

Also, do you overclock?  This is a whole new can of worms that I dont have enough experience with, but could also be the root of the problem...

For a correction to the thermal paste problem, see http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/274 , hope it works!

the only thing that is overclocked is the graphics card which is come overclocked out the box and the thermal paste is the perfect the right amount i also have a temperature monitors on most of the main components and the processor never reaches more than 70`c when it crashes

well if your saying you have already replaced the mobo and everything still isnt right then it sounds like you might have a faulty mobo. have you popped off the side of your case and taken a look to see if anything is fried or if you might have a crack in your mobo?
