I highly recommend http://www.carbonite.com/ for back up. What you really want with your data is for it to be off site. What if your house burns down or someone breaks in and steals you equipment. Then even if you use this your data is still gone. When ever http://www.carbonite.com/ is up for renewal i just google it for coupons and usually find a few that save me money.

Carbonite is also great for when you are buying a new computer. When I got my new laptop it moved everything over and even put it in the same locations and folder names. Very powerful program and its auto back up works well not to affect the computer when you are using it.
