Spoke to Take and Luke on the oZi forums. I figured i'd reregister and say hello to the old timers. Nice to see *BK* still going good. Matro! Nice to see the Alpha's still going strong. Take Chaos and I are playing BHD with MGF right now. Until CoD4 comes out then it's back to work on our own squad.

Still doing BHD A8. The community for BF2 was awful, plus the hacks getting thru PB were ridiculous. We did well in it, we placed first in CAL, and 2nd in TWL this year. But we're gearing up for November 4th and CoD4. Add me to your messenger and i'll give you our vent info, we can hang and shoot up some poor innocents.

It seems like everytime I check VHB it's empty, and I can't stay up late enough for DD's server lol. I'll keep checking though! Peace to all of you.

Its VHB that is later than DD. Most are west coasters and dont get on till 11EST anyhow.

Yeah the TBE thing works well for my schedule. They're Euro so their prime time is 3pm here. So I can get a few good games in before dinner.

For a pre release demo it's actually pretty complete as far as gameplay.
1. Graphically it's beautiful, from low to high settings everything runs nicely. I have a P4 3.0 EE, 2 Gig of Corsair XMS, and a Radeon X800 PCIe.
2. The sounds are phenomenal, I have a Fatality sound card, and every sound sounds legit, gunfire, helos, grenades, flashbangs, etc. The soundtrack sets an ominous tone as well.
3. Night vision is incredible, the laser sights are a great addition as are the hud (look up eotech) displays. Smoke and fire visuals really set the tone.
4. The choice of weaponry is nice, the Javelin (man held missles for taking down tanks) the M4, the Pistol (Beretta 9MM), the RPG is realistic in the sense that it's aim stinks and the recoil is horrendous.

Overall, I haven't been this impressed with a demo since BHD's first few weeks. I played the demo four times on all four difficulty levels, I cannot beat the Insane level. I will purchase this game on Nov. 6th.
