Hi BK brothers, all I can say is wow and just to say thank you is not enough to show my gratitude for what has been donated. My son and I are doing very well under the circumstance of the destruction of our house, my sisters house and our town. As you seen from the pictures there is not much left to what was once called home but all that matters is we are safe and unharmed.

Things are going good on the clean up process as there has been so many volunteers with heavy equipment and dump trucks to haul the debris away. It is exhausting physical and emotional work to do but at the same time it is helping with the healing process so to speak.

Once again I want to say thank you for all the support this clan has shown me and one day to repay the favor for another in need!  I hope to be on TS by the end of the weekend to thank everyone I can.

Thanks Snakebit31 (Craig)

Thanks for the update Snakebit! I'm guessing from your message that you got the package I sent? Let me know for sure before I send the next one. We are still taking donations all weekend and I will send what more we get Tuesday.

Be safe...

Definitely, praying for you, your son and sister, and for the rest of the town.
I'm reminded of this scripture in such trying times in our lives when things are shaken up.

Ecclesiastes 3
A Time for Everything
1 There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens:

2 a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
3 a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
4 a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
5 a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
6 a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,
7 a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,
8 a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace.
May Gods peace rest over you and your family and neighbors and know that good things are ahead.
be blessed
  Daniel

Snake, Take your time, be safe and I am truly grateful that the family is ok. You and all others there are in my prayers. Many of us are like family but more important is that, here there are people that will help even if they don't know you. That is the power of caring. Again, take you time brother. We'll be here when you pop in.

Its a reboot...
... A hard one but still just a reboot.
Take care of yourself and loved ones.

And, when cleaning up the mess, try not to focus on the loss...
... Focus on the opportunity to restart from scratch, the way you want it.
I do believe that nothing happens for nothing.
Its hard to believe in that when were in deep ?%$# and that all we can see and smell is ?%$# but trust me (school of life teached me) its always for something better...
... Always.
Time will tell.

Courage.
