"If you want to be a part of a competitive clan, every member will have to pay, or else you'll be playing against other clans that get a head start on maps you can't access, and have the leveling advantage of XP bonuses you won't be offered." Och... That would be a lot of money from just BK. I'm not sure I like what I'm reading here.

While im  going pro or con on this "elite nonsense" and i'm not even sure if i'm getting MW3 until we find out what kind of dedi's are going to be available.
Would like to remind all that if you bought all 4 map packs at full retail you paid $60 instead of paying $50 next year.... Just sayin

I think I'm about to give up on gaming, way too much money for the amount of fun I get out of it, soon I'll have to completely rebuild my desktop, just bought a laptop for $600 and games are $60 AT THE TIME OF THE RELEASE, but without all the bells and whistles if you pay the $30 bucks more the more premium edition, which gives players an edge over others and their friends. Not to mention the DLC that they will bring out coming up to a whopping $110+ (if you got the basic game) on top of that desktop I would have to upgrade. Even Xbox won't be cheap this year, approx. $60 a year for live membership, $60 for the game and $50 for the Elite...Its really a shame that this is what gaming has come to...and also how much fun it really will be playing against players/friends who have these upgrades.

yea, mystery, it is a shame.  but there are still games out there that are just as much fun (even multiplayer) that dont charge you an arm and a leg.  I picked up a copy of borderlands the other week for $7... and thats the GOTY edition with ALL the DLC.  its great fun co-oping with friends.

you can always find diamonds-at-coal-prices if you are willing to put in a little time and do your research on reviewing websites.
