I tried using the contact us form but it wouldn't let me submit a ticket. Here is what the ticket included:

Hi there,

I share an account with my younger brother for BF3 and he was playing it yesterday. I'm not sure what he did, but now when I try to join your server, it shows that I am banned.

I'm not sure what he said or did to receive this, but I assure you that it won't happen again. I really enjoy playing on your server and it would really suck if I couldn't play there anymore. Again please accept my apologies for his actions, I will be discussing this with him.

Thanks for your time and I hope we can get me reinstated.

ScopeCJF - First thanks for visiting our servers.  The quickest way to resolve this is to open a ticket by clicking on the "CONTACT US" button at the top of the page.  Please click on New Ticket.  In the first drop down box select "player", in the next box select "I got kicked/banned".  Please try to include player name, which server you were playing on and about the time this happened.
