Currently there is no set time and it wont be any time in the near future for W@W to shut down. W@W decline has more to do with PB shutting down than any lack on our part.
We had a crouch server for 6 months and it never got any traction. I am not opposed to trying ti but even that group of BK that went and started their own tactical server barley get more than 5-8 people in there at any given time. If we can find some unique way to bring in people to play on the server I would love to see some action there.
The officers will be meeting this weekend to talk about the new map pack and some of the smaller maps. We would love some feedback on how people will want to have the server set up.
I would encourage people to think beyond lets just try and copy what W@W is. BK never had a crouch server before W@W but it worked for that game. So look at BF4 and try to help us make something that works in BF4. We have to approach each game as its own unique experience dedication to copying the past will only speed up failor because nothing is a exact copy of the past.

Well I play on 509th tactical server once in a while. Its not crouch but walk only, but doesn't feel like 2idtactical in speed. You might try that a little Unicorn.
