A cumulative patch, which will update any retail version to 1.7:

World at War Ultimate Patch

Fileplanet is pretty good at keeping URLs intact, so hopefully it will last for a while... Since it's not on teh official patches page, it seems to bew a Fileplanet creation, but comments on it are all positive.

When using the ultimate patch, it lets you go from 1.2 to 1.4 no problem. I thought the same thing first time I used it by tried it and it worked fine.
