I am trying to figure out why I received a server ban that said "Ban / BYE".

I did not do anything wrong to my knowledge. Someone accused me of being in-polite and I responded with I was not being in-polite and then I immediately disconnected and got that message?

Can someone please explain what happened?

I did use the support button after it wasn't working for 15 minutes. If I was kicked what is the length of time before I can rejoin server? It says in the FAQ,  kicks say the same thing as bans but the message keeps saying permanent ban.

Is it a ban or a kick? I haven't heard from an admin since before yesterday?

i assume it is a server ban considering I am still being kicked 2 days later
