Sorry for posting this here!  It seems the tickets take a while to receive attention.

I had a ticket to request an unban from server 1.  On 20131219, I received a reply from an admin stating "Your wish is granted,please be polite and respectful while on our servers."  Unfortunately the ban is stiill in effect.  Can someone perhaps look into this?

I have been informed by Mr. T that the ban won't lift until the server is restarted.  I'll just be patient and wait for that to occur in the coming days.  Thanks everyone!
