I would be surprised if he did not have burns despite that save. The reason he leaped down was he was likely being burned at that point. If that ledge had not been below him he would have jumped and it would have been a very different video.
Plus you can bet the first guy up chewed the second ones butt when they finally got down. He completely delayed the save.
