To convert it for the Aussies 400 mg/dL (US) = 22.2 mmol/L (AU), mine is 3 mmol/L.

Praying hard for you and your Family - I can relate to your grandmothers blood sugar problems ; checked mine about 2 hrs. ago and it was 448 . I don't feel to good right now but
it has been higher in the past and came down with meds and exercise ; hope it does again.
