Any way to get just BF4 premium? I own the regular BF4 and dont really want to buy the whole game again just to get the expansion maps?

Go to Origin, you should be able to purchase and download map packs separately. I bought the digital version then upgraded to premium later.
Premium is $39.99 alone?
