Ok, so i had a issue where it says "i can't play call of duty cold war yet." and i uninstalled it so i can reinstall and it says to "buy now" and i already bought it a long time ago. and is there a fix... i couldn't find any kind of support. Opinions?

Sorry to  hear that mate, Flag a ticket to "Support" in the Battlenet app (3 dots top left next to Shop) and don't leave anything out.
They are usually pretty good with support now days, good luck.

don't worry about it... im giving up trying to figure this stuff out. it doesn't give me a way to actually contact them.. it keeps bringing me to extra stuff that i don't care about

Or you can try https://support.activision.com/black-ops-cold-war and what you are looking for is "Account Help" then under it is "Activsion Account Recovery"

P.S.
Just so you all know, when i was looking for a solution for Nat i remembered i contacted Activision Assist on Facebook at the end of last year to fix the "Party" system, i found out that they have removed it. Yes you read that correctly, removed. This is why i have never got a response, sorry.
