I put a post on Discord with a picture, my German Shepherd Dog, Shiloh, and I yesterday passed our 50 minute practical evaluation to certify as a Pet Therapy Dog. This follows 3 months of training and allows us to be certified by an AKC recommended Certification Organization to be a team that visits places to comfort people in trying situations like hospitals, courts, nursing homes, disasters snd so on. Exciting to be starting a new chapter of service.
