Is it possible to create a Microsoft account with Gmail?

Hello, guys. I'm posting this for a need. Is it possible to create a Microsoft account with Gmail? Somebody said it's not possible, but others, and according to this article, it is possible. And give us some of the profs mentioned there. But I'm confused about which one is true. Please provide me with proper guidance if possible.

Yes it is possible. I have a win 11 laptop with a Gmail as a Microsoft account.
