I updated my graphics card to day and I had an error message afterwards when I tried to open MW2 - missing a card adapter. I have an NVidea Card. It is a known problem and I fixed it by rebooting my PC then doing a Scan and Repair then starting the game and it worked OK after allowing the game to then fix my cache. A pain but atleast it worked out ok after doing this - of course you can also roll back to a previous version but I chose to keep this one for now - the latest one. Version is 526.61 I think.......
