I'm not pre-ordering it (probably) but I will most likely pick it up a couple weeks after it comes out.  I'd like to see the reactions to it before I dump $70 into another game.  I already wasted $50 on BO6 (it was on sale) and that turned into an utter clown show.  I'd get a refund if I could.  I'm about 90% sure that Battlefield 6 will be fantastic if they channel the gameplay that made BF3 and 4 so great.  I definitely will NOT ever purchase another Call of Duty game again which is a shame as World at War, where I began with BK back in about 2008, was such an epic game.
